Micros 3700 Disks Images

Hi, actually I'm working with 3 restaurant's which have Micros 3700 as their system, I wanted know where can I get the installation disks?, As restaurant we are having a lot of issues with the company which provided us with that system.

I'm having issues with one of the servers, apparently it have a corrupt installation and i can't access to the "manager procedures" options. I tried a lot of things but I can't get access.

2 of the server's have the version: 5.0 and the other one has the 4.9.

I'd really appreciate any help.

What happens when you try to get into Manager Procedures, and what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
And which one of the servers is having this problem, 5.0 or 4.9? If it's the 4.9 system it may be a problem with IIS on the server. Have you tried running iisreset -reset from a command line?

@pmegan: Aparently the trouble was the IIS, I tried to restart, but it doesn't work. After a while of discussion, the seller reinstalled the server and now it's working. The server with problems was the one with 4.9, and now it has installed 5.2.

They couldn't fix the issue. So they do the "easy way", reinstall.
