Micros 3700 - Disable MyMicros but keep iCare working

Hi

Weird question I know!
Client has asked for daily sales information to stop flowing to MyMicros but for the iCare system to still work
If I disable to Micros Agent service it breaks bought of them which doesn't work. Is there anyway I can disable this link while still keeping iCare alive?

You can hide the portals that show the sales info and only have the Icare portal available.
Dont think you can stop the info flow and keep icare up to date. Icare needs the sales info for the loyalty programs etc.

They just don't want the sales data to hit mymicros at all!
iCare is just used for gift card, nothing else or complex. They dont use loyalty

The micros agent is necessary for icare communication.
if you disable the agent icare will not work anymore.

Because iCare is an extension for mymicros, the only way is to change the portal that it will not show the sales for this user.
The Sales Data from MyMicros are needed to show you the details in icare. they are not stored twice in the db.
