Micros 3700 Custom Employee acknowledgment upon clock in ?

Hi All,
Im not sure if micros can do something like this but due to some local COVID -19 requirements a daily wellness check is mandatory for all staff. Im wondering if there is anything i can leverage in micros that prompts a custom text window where acknowledgment is required to proceed?

Also i suppose im not even sure if i can have the information screen prompt upon cocking in ? Ill take any info i can get here

Edit: a Macro here on the touchscreen button is a solution to this comment. Function number > information screen > Function number > Clock in / Out
