we are using MerchantLink for integrated credit card processing in our Micros 3700 5.4
we are closed over the summer so I had purged all historical data. I want to say there was a setting for how many days of history to keep specific to the Credit Card batches but I'm not finding it now.
Now that we're open again, I'm not seeing the batch history listing the closed batches like I did before.
Anyone have any ideas on where to look to see if batch history is being purged right after batch processing?
Also, since it's purging 100% of the CC data every night, if a batch fails to settle, does anyone definitively know, will that data also be purged?
