Micros 3700: Bitmap in Trailer at Micros Terminal 6, Pos 5.4

We recently added an image with a QR code on the bottom of the tickets. We have in use terminals 4, 4lx, 5, 5A with Micros 4.7 in the server and in the stores more new terminals 6 with Micros 5.4 in the server.

This configuration is done in the POS Configurator -> Descriptors -> Trailers

In one line we select the Bitmap option and select an added BMP image in the bitmaps folder. This image has a size of 4Kb.

So we also added the image in the CAL folder to be replicated to the terminals.

All very well in version 4.7, is printed correctly in the ticket, but in version 5.4 with terminals 6 is not printed on the tickets, only a text ~~ filename.bmp is printed in the place that the image should be.

Someone knows if something in this version is made different or if you have to activate something else to make it work. In the help comes exactly the same as ne previous versions.

I'd suggest to check right on the terminal if the file in fact got replicated. If not then you can try to copy it manually and see if it gets printed.

Thanks Sigbay, it was one of the things I reviewed first and in effect, the file was replicated correctly on the terminals.

Another interesting thing is that the previous terminals have windows CE and the terminals 6 have Windows 8.

Apparently in this version of Micros there is a problem with the image going in line 1 of the Trailers since to change it to the second line corrects the subject.

Another test I did, since I have a sim that prints a text before depending on the type of change is that if the SIM prints a text before if it prints the image well but not only puts the name of the image in the ticket.

The point is that for me it was already solved and I share my observations.
