Micros 3700 - anyone have a virtual image for testing?

I've been browsing here looking for a copy of Micros 3700 RES v5 and/or v4 and all of the links that I see for virtual machine images have expired or been taken down.

Does anyone still have a full Micros test image or can share how to get access to one?
