Micros 3700 Accidentally Disabled Super User

I'm locked out. I've accidentally disabled the only super user account for the Configurator.

Called Micros, and haven't heard from them in 3 hours.

If anyone knows how to reset, or enable the superuser. It would save me $200 bucks or so for a service call... and the aggrivation of waiting for a response from them...

What happened? I can't imagine asking for emergency service and waiting over 3 hours for a response, hopefully the response was knowledgable.

This forum is great for POS knowledge and procedures BUT it can fall a little short for those who use for emergencies. Hope the lack of responses will not discourage you from future posts.

Please share what happened.

Its been a while since I was in a 3700 system but it can be done. The user can be re-enabled via sql commands in the database.

Thats the question you need to ask....what are the command steps.
