Micros 3700 5.7.6 OPI not Connecting

I installed a new server with RES 5.7.6, import and updated a database from old server running RES 5.5

OPI 19.1 Installed, OPI Adapter Installed (Windcave), My SQL Installed, the OPI setup was completed with the same configuration details of the working OPI from RES 5.5

After installing the PINPADS are connected and active on Windcave configurator but the OPI isnt working. Here is my log file

Sorry, don't have an answer for you. But how do you install OPI on RES. Do you have any instructions.
I have done OPI setup on Simphony with SQL server but not RES.
Is the process similar.
