Micros 2700 - programming one Button as OPEN 1

Hi all.
I'm trying to program one button on a Micros 2700 as an OPEN food button (not linked to a menu item).
Cashiers will enter the $$ value.
Now how on earth do I do that? Can anyone help with the type definition string?

I've figured it out by using the non-user-friendly manual...

FYI - if you move onto the typedef field and hold shift and touch 5 it will "Zoom" and show you each option bit and a brief description. You can use shift (4,and 6) for navigation.

i can not get a hand on manual for micros 2700 ( half touch screen, half keypad) i need to change the tax rate and add new items. If anyone can help me get hands on manual?
