Micros 2700 FNC Key Codes 2

Hi everyone. This my first post. I've been rooting through a 2700 system unit with a half keyboard. Unfortunately I don't have the system programming manual which I suspect has all of the information that I'm looking for. I've been able to glean some key codes from the screens that have already been programmed. For instance, I know that the code to create a button that lightens the display is 0x00EF. But there are so many that I don't know. For instance, I would love to know the code to create a button to change the order type or menu level. Can anyone provide a comprehensive list of these codes? Or does anyone know of a way that I can create a button with a code and test what it does? Thanks!

Narvin, over the years I can't tell you how much valuable Micros info I got from a website of a company in upstate NY and if nothing has changed it's all free. Google micros 2700 troubleshooting and you'll find them (hint:initials are TH).
