MiCollab Users and Services Blank Page 4

I have just noticed recently if I go into MiCollab > Users and Services when I go to edit a user I receive a blank page nothing more. I have not been able to find a solution to the issue and it gives no errors suggesting what went wrong. Can anyone assist with this?
 
Software Level?
Chrome? Firefox? I.E.? Other?
Firewalls?

Software Level 7.2.2.13
Chrome dont work, Firefox 59.0.1 dont work, I.E. dont work. Firefox portable 52.6.0 dont work (This was the version I was on last I remember it working)
No firewalls to jump through
 
this is a known issue

open the console and run this
signal-event app-post-install
Wait 3 minutes
then it should be ok

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
Ran that and tested all is well now.

seems to fix more than just the blank page issue

we have found that it also fixes issues on Micollab where a java error is displayed
