Recently an employee at our client left, and in his place another employee returned.
I have changed the name of the old user to the new user. (Bit the lazy method, I know).
But the old employee had set up a status message on his Micollab before he left.
Since the new employee is not going to use the Micollab app, he cannot delete it.
Is there any method by which that can be deleted via the Mivoice Business console or Micollab server?
