I have opened a ticket with Mitel on this for the one site I have noticed. When you update the name via the Micollab, the Tel Dir on the MCD does not get updated.

I don't know if this is global or unique to my site.

Thanks, gonna install one Monday on the same version.
What happens if you change it from esm?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I did not check that direction

It is the tel dir that does not update, The User name updates on the MCD

Maybe the Directory Name (or matching Tel Dir name)got manually changed at some point. From the Help file for Directory Name field in the Service Profile tab of Users and Devices:

The user's name as it will appear in the Telephone Directory form (Lastname,Firstname). The name is auto-filled from the Last Name and/or First Name fields in this form. You can change the Directory Name by modifying the entries in Last Name and/or First Name fields or by editing this field. Changing this field does not affect the Last/First Name fields and once you manually modify this field, it is no longer affected by changes to the Last/First Name fields.

I am strongly suspicious that this is a bug as the Tel Dir programming was modified for release 8

I know I have not seen this issue on previous versions and I've been doing a lot of these lately.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Any SDS issues reported on either end?
Assume you went through the whole cluster and reconcile process initially?

No SDS issues, nothing to reconcile

@Billz66 how did you initially create your user? i used bulk import

I've tested 6 ways from sunday. The tel dir does not update any way that I've tried.

In your last screen shots, All of those update for me as well. Just not the tel dir.

did you change anything in sds sharing or leave it all at default ?

were the systems installed at that versionor upgraded to them?

just clutching at straws now... mine were recently installed at those software levels and no changes were made to default sds config

Brand new standalone site, no adjustments to SDS
