MiCollab softphone answers a call and connection is dropped instantly.
WR trace shows 488 not acceptable from the intercom
Invite is g711a and in a second attempt even all codecs (g7221 G722 g711a g711u and f729) (unrestricted codecs on the MBG V10.1.0.264
and Prack is enabled)

you can state the intercom has a codec problem but when I register a 3th party Zoiper on the same BMG the call is accepted and speech is there to and from the intercom

Feedbacklog from the client : Warning: 305 "Incompatible media format"

anyone with an idea ?

so is this a call from the SIp intercom to a Micollab softphone
might be an issue setting up a speech path
would be helpful to see the trace

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

this is a part of the trace showing SDP options and codecs

does the intercom support video ?

check the SDC for the intercom
- Assign your SIP device to use a SIP Dev Capabilities other than 71
- You can copy SIP dev 71 to another one,
Set the following option in the SIP device capabilities
Allow Device To Use Multiple Active M-Lines to YES

there is a KMS article | Troubleshooting the 488 Not Acceptable SIP Message on MiVB Document ID HO4495
