Hi, please see below from MiCollab Client Admin Guide:
Note: The Device ID is a network MAC address consisting of 6 hexadecimal
numbers separated by colons. It starts with a1:21:00 and contains the Directory
Number within the digits. The 0 (zero) digit is replaced by the letter a, the * symbol
corresponds to the letter b and the # corresponds to the letter c.
For example, a Directory Number of 71*0#8 would have a Device ID of
a1:21:00:71:ba:c8
Also you can use the sip softphone and the internal conference bridge on newer software. I would program the sip as generic and not uc endpoint as you have more options. Calls can be transferred using a speed dial to a bridge, and after all are chosen you just join too
Just on the conferencing subject, someone has asked me about the default settings and fields when scheduling a conference through the collaboration tab in Micollab Client.
Does anyone know if it is possible to add or change to those fields manually, via Mitel or not at all?
