MiCollab Client Deployment 2

Hi All,
I have an issue getting a MiCollab Mobile client up and running, when I try to deploy I get the following error message..

There are about a dozen things that need to be done

You haven't mentioned your software level
You haven't mentioned your config (with or without MBG as public facing server)
You haven't mentioned if you are behind a firewall or not
you haven't mentioned if you've published a certificate or not

Issue is MiCollab Server FQDN is not publicly resolvable.

@ Jason- Which name needs to be publicly resolvable. where can i fine that?

@ Jason I have made the name resolvable mitel-mas.abccompany.com. But i still get the error.

Does the certificate has the same FQDN on it?
I know this is difficult material if you never works with certificates (i have the same problems with those certs) but it is important that it matches.
What is the name of the server? (right top)

@ Tipter the FQDN is mitel-mas.companyx.com at the server right top it has admin@mitel-mas.companyx.com. I figure the admin is only there because i login in as admin.
the certificate was done for mitel-mas.companyx.com.

I have another issue when i send the deployment I get an error on my mobile

Authentication on redirect server failed please contact your administrator. what can be the problem?
