Have a customer that is wanting to run traffic reports but they have SIP for primary and a PRI for secondary. The only thing that shows up in the traffic reports is the PRI and do not see anything on the SIP.
I noticed in documentation regarding SIP trunking under considerations and limitations it says
>> ALL SIP trunk performance is consolidated into a single carrier view, so you cannot report on the performance of individual SIP trunks in the Contact Center management and business reporter.
So what does that mean ??? Where is this so called carrier view ?? Been trying to search for it with no luck. Any help would be great thanks.
