MICC IVR config UPIQ Has any one set it up?

Hello Has any one has set up the UPIQ on the IVR MICC system ?
all is working just I would like to know if the system can send updates every period of time like every 30 sec
Today it is just sending an update at start time and every time there is a change, like moving from position 2 to 1 on the queue.
