MiCC ACD Interactive que not showing calls in que or abbandoned calls

Is there a COS for ACD Paths to allow Maitai messages to the MiCC. I have 2 ques setup on my 3300. One que shows up correctly in the interactive que but the other does not. Both ques are also answered by the same agents.
 
paths and agent groups need to be configured for real time
also is the MiCC in sync with the MCD

MiCC is release 7.1
MCD release 7.0
Both are virtual
 
Most likely the patch enabled for realtime isnt selected on the MCD .
you say they are answered by same agents ( is it a shared skillgroup or 2 skillgroups with same members)
if its 2 skillgroups check that they are also enabled for realtime.

Also check that YSe hasnt got disable realtime selected for the paths

There is only one Skill group that answers all the Ques. Verified realtime monitor enable is set to yes.
 
Is your real-time screen configured to monitor a queue group or queue?
If group, in YSE queue group you need to add the other queue into the group
 
also the interactive queue monitor must be recrated wvery time you want to add a queue

create a new m onitor for it and add all queues , then see if the data is displayed
