Good day all.
I'm still trying to figure this one out.

I have an MICB setup on my CS1k slot 9 of my main cab.

CALL SERVER/MAIN CAB
VERSION 2121
RELEASE 4
ISSUE 50 W +

all of the agents are built out 9-0 through 31.

I was unaware that this was in service when I had added LD 30 to midnights, at least that is what i think took out this card.

here is an agent

there is no SCB (if that makes a difference)

is there a way to get these sets logged in without plugging in a phone and doing it manually? this particular slot is not wired out. couldnt even if i wanted to because the callpilot server is in the way (or at least a bracket from the cp is).

no one onsite can tell me if this service ever worked. the only thing i have is an email telling someone how to initiate a call and conference login info.

I am getting ready to move the card to a new slot and rebuilding the 2616 agents as 3904's so i can plug a phone in and log it in. At this point, i am unsure if the card is faulty or if it is just a matter of getting the agents logged in.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

LD 30 would not do that, first you have FLXA in the CLS which keeps LD 30 from testing the TN. If you do a STAT 9, your saying that all the agents are logged off

Sounds like your MICB was never setup. You'll need a serial connection to the Amp Plug Adapter that is connected to this card. There is also a RJ45 plug on this adapter. If you connect to the serial connection at 1200 N,8,1, you'll get a menu to do the basic configuration and setup the card with an IP address to the MICM Manager menu. Once you get that all figured out, you have a Conference Bridge that everyone will want to use and save you a ton on travel. I had a Govt customer shut one down after the thing paid for itself 100 times over, don't know why???

To add to DocVic's reply, the MICB logs on the agents automatically.

i must be crazy because i swear i have asked this question before, but i keep expecting a different answer. lol

i have an IP for the card but I can not ping it from the maint PC. The IP is in the correct range as my other equipment. What would take this card out if it was configured at one point and working?

The red light on the face of the card is starting to mock me.

i take it this MICM can not be accessed through IE?

You can access the MICB with IE, but there are some things that ned to be set up first through Telnet
