Does anyone know how to program a MICA using ACD?
 
mica works as a hunt group.. acd sets will not log in.. no elink.. it looks at the dialed number and gives a menu..

btw it dies with rls 5

Thanks John. What I have is a CS1000E using the MICA card for routing certain calls using DNIS to different ACD groups. I have my MICA ACD grp built and 8 agents per my licensing. The main problem I have is when I go to the BUI interface, I get the login screen, but after I login it starts running the java applet and then just sets there. It never goes to the configuration screen. I have tried machines with both 7.0 and 6.1 inet explorer. Same thing with both. This is a new install with 5.5 with latest MPL's loaded. Also has a CP 600r 5.0 Even tried logging on using the 6.1 Inet explore of the CP server, same thing.

Any idea what's going on?
 
The card has 2 options. Use a hunt group or ACD that I set to ACD on the initial card setup ( see below ). My agents are logged in ( print out below).
