MGS is restarted

Today CPMGS on your screen stopped working.
Both restart to delete the file appears in the FPGA and serial port the following information.

RESET reason: MSP430 Hard Reset.
Daughter board: 128 ports cc:f9:54:ec:09:41.
FPGA PCI bus inaccessible
PCI test: Failed !

Power up self test failed,status = 40


Anyone know how I can reinstall this file to the card FPGA

I had the same thing happen and I had to send the card out to be repaired...i repalced hard drive to see if that was it and still same thing....I have had nothing but issues with these cards .... sent 3 for one install and all three ended up blowing up with in 2 months....not sure if a bad batch was sent out because such a demand on them
