do you have one MGC card which is working ?
If yes, you must format the wrong CF and put it into the good MGC card and after the registration you swap them

no i don't have any working card , i need the gold image for the mgc card .

the compact flash is empty until it registers with the call server. The gold software you referenced earlier is resident on the board.

Well, now we are two people with the same problem, let me askyou some thing, When you have a MGC card, does this one need a dongle security too as CP-PM?. Cause in my case I have just one. Really I don't know how to fix this problem.
I will apppreciate your help.

You need to load a patch MGCCAD40.LW at the call server and then , replace teh flasj card of a good MGC and install at the bad one.
Turn on the card and leave that the card update...
