Hi,

The display in the MGC is alternating between the correct loop (0 0 4 0) and E004. I have a couple of phones programmed, each can call each other, speech paths are ok. Calls to Call Pilot are ring no answer. acd/cdn programmed properly, agents acquired, vas id and elan are ok. MGC has 08 LW from this morning, switch is patched current to Monday this week and SS is the same. Lots of AUD000, nothing of relevance in the history file.

Any ideas where to look?

From another post -

So you must have a daughterboard that is having trouble in your 0 0 4 0 MG.

On page 2568, Table 12, The MGC faceplate error code E004 means: "Daughterboard is not registered with the call server."

Not having worked on 5.0 much, I couldn't tell you what that means, or what to do, but there's the error code! ;)

Thank you ! That makes perfect sense as I haven't even built the Voice_gateways yet or programmed the DSP DB info. :)

MikeRizz, do you fix the problem, I have the same message E004 in only one IPMG

Yes, once I configured the DSP's, they were able to register to the Call Server and the error cleared.

it's either that or you have it programed as the wrong type or have your db1 and db2 mixed up.
