mgc card will not register cs1000 cppm 6.0

mgc is in slot zero cppm is in slot 6 I can ping it but it will not register

Your MGC card IP address and the programming in the PBX don't match.

Go into LD 137 and do a stat. That will show the active IP address of the PBX---as KCFLHRC stated above---your IP info does not match---your MGC's and PBX need to be in the same network.I would guess that you should have an enty PRIMARY_ENET 137.135.128.253

The MGC and the PBX do not need to be on the same network - they just need to be able to talk to one another. The MGC is configured with an ELAN of 172.17.102.6, but I do not see that configured correctly in LD 97.

172.17.102.38 elan

192.168.102.38 tlan

How can i change the impg to the 172.17.102.xxx range? for Elan

I tried the .253 it said it is in use

When I change the IPMG"s address in ld 97 it needs to be in the 172.17.102.xxx range as it is now so what does it need to change to? What am I missing?

In ld 97 are you refering to the superloop amd E1 programming?

LD 97 is the superloop programming which appears to be correct. Unfortunately your MGC card has the wrong IP address. You will have to get into the command line of the MGC card to change the IP address via a serial connection.
