Instructions on how to make up a serial port connection onto a Avaya MG 10 10 Please refer to the details below. On the 9 way RS232 that I made, I only needed to have pins 5 3 and 2 connected. I didn't need to use any others!. Ethernet Connection end with pins visible facing you left to right 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 5 3 2 (9 way RS232 pin) 9 way female RS232 Connector 5 4 3 2 1 (Pins 1, 6 and 4 are connected) 9 8 7 6 (Pins 7 and 8 are connected) RS 232 colours Pin 2 = Yellow Pin 3 = Green Pin 5 = Red All the best Firebird Scrambler Meridian 1 / Succession and BCM / Norstar Programmer in the UK http://www.linkedin.com/in/davidbromley If it's working, then leave it alone!.
