my equpenment send often. I need a patch to correct them?

Do you have a T1 loop 12? Stat that loop in LD 60, does it look ok?

The NTP's indicate that for the error code you posted the trouble is on TN 12-17 if I'm interpreting the code correctly.

Is the first field always 00000C84? This converts to TN:12-7
if so then check that channel out 7 ways to Sunday
You might try disabling that TN and see if it stops

if the first field changes then you might be looking for a patch
