What parameters do I use (ROCAI,RODAI,RODDI) to program DID E1 link between MD110 BC11 SP12 to a PSTN switch using
MFC-R2 (TLU 20 ) (TL30).

Oops!
OK, I assume you are running AS Standard, and the R2 is "normal". Try with following:
ROCAI:ROU=1,SEL=411000000000001,SIG=011100000050,TRAF=00151515,TRM=4,SERV=2101030010,DIST=30,DISL=128,NODG=0,BCAP=001100;
RODAI:ROU=1,TYPE=TL30,VARI=00002222,VARO=00000156,VARC=00000000,FILTER=NO;
Roddi (?): E.g RODDI
EST=00,ROU=1,SRT=3;
This is only an example, modify if needed.
P.S. TLU20 supports only 75ohm
