MEW over ISO-Qsig Cisco Call Manager

Will MEW (Message Waiting) work over ISO-Qsig (TLU76), between a MD-BC12SP5 and a Cisco Call Manager?

Short answer is no.

The MD110 does not support MEW on ISO QSig, I think this is because the standard for this may not have yet been completed.

I have an MD110 BC12 with Cycos MRS
(incl. Voice Mail System)
over ISO QSIG (EICON PRI-CARD).
And MEW works fine.
