MEW on Dect TSW SP04

Hi.

Have a TSW with Onebox. One Box i s used to Automatic attendant, no use of personal Voice Mail.

I Have problem that the MEW lamp/Icon is activatet without reason. The only way to remove the lamp is with dial #91#* form the Dect with the MEW activated.

Cant find the reason taht the MEW lamp is activatet,i have tried to remove the number and the dect, and program it again. same error..

If i open the sms message on the Dect , and call the one box. There are no message.

If i remove the MEW with #91#* , and turn of the Dect and on again, the MEW is being activatet.

In OneBox you can:

- Listen to the messages and delete the messages, so the MEW will stop lightning.
- Delete the mailbox and re-create it.
- In the messaging folder, disable "current MWI".

The MEW signal comes from the OneBox. The MD11o cannot - itself - initiate MEW signals.
