Does anyone have any experience with Metropolis Office Watch Call Accounting on IPO? I have recently got it setup on our IPO for testing purposes. When you have in the line forms in IPO a 9 for prefix it puts the 9 in front of the incoming numbers so you can utilize Call Back from digital phones or Phone Manager. The problem is it also sends the 9 in front of the 10 digits received from the caller id to the SMDR which in turn sends this info to the Call Accounting software. This creates confusion with the area codes in the call accounting software. For example if I receive a call from 7125551234 the SMDR sends 97125551234 to the call accounting package which thinks the call is coming from area code 971.

Thanks,

I believe a recent release of OfficeWatch addresses that by allowing you to strip one or more digits from the incoming caller-id / ANI digits. This fixed my incoming call locations.

You are correct - Metropolis had an upgrade they had me install. The release is not yet out but will be soon.
