MetaFrame Service not starting

I recently inherated someone elses problem, and I can't seem to find a resolution.
We have a CITRIX Server running NT4 Terminal Server.
Everything seemed to be running fine until yesterday. For some reason the MetaFrame COM server Service will not start now. If I try to start it manually I get the following errors:
"The Application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000022). Click OK to terminate the application"
Followed a few second later by this error:
"Could not start the MetaFrame COM Server Service on \\XXXX-XXXX.
Error 2186: The service is not responding to the control function"
Im really hoping to not have to reload this sever from scratch.

Have you checked the account the service is logging on as? Maybe it's deleted or disabled, or the SQL server account for the data store has had its password changed.

 

[VAadmin]

No changes to any account. Service is using the system acount.
