I have an extension on 2000 IVS system (Dterm E series phone) that has a message waiting lamp "stuck" on.
I tried:
#9+extension number (6967)
*9+6967 then #9+6967
CMD>1303 - 1
CMD>1303 - 0
CMD>10 - 0083 - CCC
CMD>10 - 0083 - 6967
I checked the voicemail server (Mitel/Baypoint Nupoint Messenger) and confirmed that there are no messages in that mailbox. I confirmed that message waiting lamp type is set to
NEC type 11/ Tenant number 1.
Still have that damn message waiting lamp on. :(
Help, these tricks have worked for every other lamp on/no message senario till now.

I have run into that issue alot as well. One way I have been able to clear it is... With the handset down dial 613. If that doesn't work, I have had to zap the phone through Matworks and bring it back up. Hope this helps.

I did zap the phone by CCC the LEN. Is there another way to kill an extension. I don't have MaTWorks, I use CAT and hyperterminal. 613 didn't work.
Thanks,
Deerek

try going to the phone and hit *33 to clear the light.
