I have a IPO 7.0(31)V2 at night a caller gets the menu to press 1, 2 etc but the night message won't play first. Thers is a message at *8301.
Thanks

Not very clear this , where is the menu recorded that you state the caller is hearing when in night service?

You need to use time profiles and you need to record the menu greeting with *8304
*8301,2 and 3 are time profiles based greetings in front of *8304

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Had the same problem the first embedded AA I programed. Peter's right, *801-*803 require time profiles. I record greeting an instruction in *804 if I'm only using for nite mode.

Thanks guys,
I found out that my time profiles were overlapping. I had th business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the closed hours starting at 5:00 PM instead of 5:01 PM.
