Has anyone run into this? Just got 2 back to back here in the office. Pretty sure the calls came in on the same analog line but I haven't changed any settings.
Yes. I tried specifying the no answer time in the hunt as well, and it didn't change. I've tried adding a new hunt group and testing it with all different numbers and it does the same thing.
In the hunt group there is only a "No Answer Time". I don't see a "voicemail answer time" any where in the hunt group, the users, or the system settings.
Aren't you on 4.0? This thread is about 4.0. In 4.0 there are these options in the group tab. In default the Voice mail answer time is 45 sec. thi is what prompted me to ask. if on 4.0 look at this again.
