Customer says that she checked her mailbox remotely and had no messages at the end of the day. An important call had been missed and a message left earlier that day, but the message was not made known until the next day. A second user on the same system reported a 3 hour delay in message waiting indicator. I know that I can sit there all day leaving messages and most likely not reproduce this trouble, but has any one ever seen this trouble before (for real, outside of user error)?
