I have a CallPilot 600r 5.0 fully patched as of today.
The issues is that when a user listens to there messages over the set the time stamp is exactly 1 hour ahead.

The time is correct on the PBX, the sets, Desktop messaging, Alarm logs, and the CP server.

I've followed suggestions by checking and unchecking the automatic daylight savings, I've run the configuration wizard about 13 times with reboots. I've tried changing it to central and back to mountain. I also tried to force the time behind one hour on the callpilot but after a min it just changes it back. No Luck!

PEPS: SU02, G23, G25, G26, G32, G34, G37, P010S

Any suggestions.

Hi

Quick work around for the time is to change it manually and stop the windows time service, not a fix but it works

I had the same issue on 4.0. I had latest updates put on and the daylight savings time and inernet time was checked. I'm not sure if updates did this or what. I uncheck them and everything was ok.
Juat out of the clear blue (It might have been around the old DST change time) the time became 1 hr ahead. I went back in and rechecked daylight savings and internet time zone and it was immediately fixed. I haven't had any problems since.
