Message waiting on DPNSS

Hello, We have a customer @ BC9 and a voice mail connected via DPNSS. The problem is we cannot get message waiting to work. I realize MWI is sent over the virtaul channel but we are not get this. Does anyone no if there was patch for this to work ar any ideas?

We have fixed this issue by rebooting the voice mail server.
