Message waiting lamps on single line sets

Have MICS wth 5.0, 7 ASM's wth message waiting, NAM 4.0. The analog sets are Matrix 2700mw sets, when a mesage is left at the set the message lamp is suppose to flash. I have made sure tones are turned on, in ATA setting I have turned msg waiting to lamp. There was a Panasonic system in here before and they worked. Customer wants them going and I am out of ideas. Is the ASM not sending enough power/ signal ???

Are the settings in the mail box set (NAM) to MSG Wait Set to yes.

Yes Message waiting notification is turned on for the mailboxes.

Take your VOM and go across T&R and see what's there when a message is in the box. I've never heard of a Matrix 2700MW so I can't say if it's a voltage problem
