Message Waiting Indicator 1

I have a Meridian 1 Option 11C with MerMail.

Ext 613's message waiting indicator is on.

When you check the mailbox, there are no messages, and the light will turn off. Minutes later, the light will come back on.

Any clues as to how I can resolve this problem?

go into mermail using TOOLS and run a message waiting lamp audit.

If Bigindian65's suggestion does not work, you might try doing a "find" enter the message waiting DN, list it and see if there are any other mailboxes sending indications of new mail to this box

MerMail doesn't allow any of the above mentioned options (unless I'm looking in the wrong place)

it is on the tools menu - you log in tools - same pwd as admin.

trvlr1 is on the right track.
When you go into "Local Users" (or whatever the menu is called) you will have a Find softkey. Then you can do a find on the MWI DN.
You may also need to do the find on any non-key0 DN's on the set.

Once you log in to Mer Mail, Option 1, Option 1, F5 key (orwhatever keyboard layout equivvalent you are using) then do the search as I described above. This will "find" all instances.
