Message waiting indicator Stuck!! 1

I used to know this one and can't find the answer!! These are easy to find when you don't need them!
I have a couple of MLX sets with MWI stuck and can't figure out how to clear them. Help!!

From phone touch menu then choose message and delete any messages. It also could come from a general mailbox that is also lighting the MWI or over flow from a calling group mailbox. Or from the console phone dial *38 plus extension number where MWI light is on.
