Message waiting Indication stops suddenly

Hi,

We are using 81C system with IP phones. We have callpilot 201i slot for Voicemail; Message waiting indication was working previously. But from Y’day onwards it is not working, when we leave a new message the indication is not happening. In some phone the indication is there, but if we read all message the indication is not going off, its still there.

Pls help me on this…..

Just one thought maybe your CallPilot MWI has stopped in 'Services'and requires restarting ?
