I am not sure that I am posting to the right area. But here goes. I have an extension on propterty that goes into a greeting with options " Press 1 for Bob. Press 2 for Sue, etc. . . " This was originally set up with 8 options. Some were turned off somewhere and when pressed you get the message "Invalid selection". How do I get these back and how do I find out what is active and what is no longer active?
