I have a new IP Office install 9.1.5 with application server. The issue we are having is the time stamp on the messages is 5 hours off (ahead). At this point we set time on app server 5 hours behind to offset the time. This works as a temporary fix for the messages listened to over the phone but the time stamp on the voicemail to email is off. The phone system time is correct. I have engaged Avaya but they have not been able to resolve. Has anyone seen this issue?
