I am running 3.2 (17) and have a user that when a message is left the light on the phone will not lite up.
Any help will be appreciated. The phone is a 5410 & VM Pro 3.2 (15).
Check that the username and full name do not have any "foreign" characters such as #/@.! Check your program files/avaya/ip office/voicemail pro/vm/accounts folder for possible duplicate entries for this user.
As always, the search function on this board will prove useful:
change the username (example change Smit M in to Smit m)and test it again.If this doesn't work log of the phone change username logon the phone and test it again.Ihad the same problem only it was in version 3.2(53)
