Hi,

I have a customer with a 7316 phone that was assigned to a new person. He deleted the mailbox and recreated it but the message light stays on. I had him try F806, but it didn't work. Any suggestions? He has an MICS 6.0 and NAM

Are you sure it isn't an internal message from an ext? Sometimes the simple things can get you.

F65 MESSAGE REPLY F#65 CANCEL

BOTH WILL LIGHT MESSAGE LIGHT
