Have a 3300 and MAS/Nupoint when the user recieves a message the lamp lights as it should but when checked it will no go out. I have Putty and connected to the Nupoint Text console and using the "Lights Test" I can light the lamp but can not turn it off. The user can clear it via the "voicemail callback message eraseure allowed" feature. Support had me reboot the 3300 didn't help I just rebooted the MAS didn't help any thoughts? The first guy I spoke to thought it might have something to do with relielency and had me remove the secondary ICP from one of the phones but that didn't help. I will call them tomorrow but thought I would put it out here to see if anyone has any ideas. It has been working until recently. Both systems are fairly current software wise.
