message lamp not lighting

I just changed a departments phones to a ACD group to recieve calls on a new call center DN. I kept all of their old DN's on thier phones, putting them on button 3. now when they get voicemails on their DN (button 3) the red led nor the arrow by the mwk is not lighting up. The TN is the MARP for all the new acd phones, all the DN's are multiple appearance DN's appearing on several phones.

Since they are madn you need to add xmwk key to the phone.
 
I always create an SCN of a non-DID number and put it on an available key and change the MWI DN in Mail to that DN.

Use the XMWK key instead of MWK. You can specify what extension you want that message key to represent. MWK only indicate Primary DNs or a signle appearance non-PDN. XMWK MUST be a non-PDN.
