Message is delivered, but receive undeliverable status

When sending an email to one particular email address, i receive a system undeliveralbe email error, BUT the person still receives the email. Where do i began on an issue like this?

If it is only one user then have them put all email into a .pst and recreate the mailbox.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

This happens when sending from mutilple email accounts.
