message indicator will not work

Since a power outage some of our nortel phones wont show the MESSAGE FOR YOU on its display

What can I do? I have gone into the config and it says message waiting indicator YES
Rebooted the phone system
Norstar Voice Mail ICS 4.0 system

any help appreciated

Try deleting and adding the mailbox back.

worked on one but not the other--will delete it again

do you know how to send a system wide message to all?

Have to create a group list. F983, log in, press other, glist.
Then send a message to the glist created.

I created the grouplist. I can send a message by F983 then keying 901 (the glist i created)

Can I send a message to a glist by calling from outside the system --externally?
